You can pick up the ordered goods in person after completing the online order and receiving a confirmation message in our studio at Hausmannova 3047 in Prague 12. The publication is of course free of charge and is usually ready by the next day.
Transport in the Czech Republic
We send our goods through the services of Czech Post and DPD. By default, we ship the next working day after payment of your order (in the case of payments by card or bank transfer).
For orders over CZK 5,000 incl. We cover VAT and transport costs.
Package in hand:
- small package (up to 35 cm) - CZK 155
- medium package (up to 50 cm) - CZK 185
Delivery to a branch of the Czech Post:
- small package (up to 35 cm) - CZK 135
- medium package (up to 50 cm) - CZK 165
Storage period 7 days, with the possibility of extension to 15 days.
DPD Private (next day delivery at the exact hour)
- package up to 5 kg - CZK 163
- package up to 10 kg - CZK 199
- package up to 5 kg - CZK 148
- package up to 10 kg - CZK 180
Up to 3 delivery attempts, notification via SMS or e-mail about the hour of delivery, the possibility of changing the delivery address, and shipment tracking.
We ship goods outside the Czech Republic only when payment is made in advance (by bank transfer or online card), through DPD.
In this case, the price of transport is very diverse, so we will find it for you. Please make an order with a personal collection and write the country and address where you wish to send the goods in the notes. We will send you the final price with the exact delivery date and invoice electronically.
Damage to goods during transport
If you receive damaged goods, please do not send them back to us. Take a photo of the box and the packaged product, then unpack the product and take a photo of its damage. Send the photos to email@example.com, we will solve the complaint for you. Please respond immediately, carriers accept complaints within a maximum of 3 days from delivery.
Repeat or other specific delivery
If you, as the buyer, deliver the necessary goods repeatedly or otherwise non-standardly, we will have to add the necessary costs to your invoice.
Payment for goods is possible with us online by card, bank transfer on the basis of an invoice or in cash upon personal collection.
When paying by bank transfer, we ask you to make a payment to the account, we will ask you to pay by bank transfer to account 1596320033/3030 (Air Bank). Please always enter the order number as a variable symbol.
In the case of foreign payments (outside SK), please make the payment to the account: 1596320033/3030
(Air Bank), IBAN: CZ83 3030 0000 0015 9632 0033, BIC/SWIFT: AIRACZPP. You can also find this payment information on your invoice.
The listed prices of goods are always in CZK, they are final and they are listed including VAT at the currently valid rate.
Did the purchased product not fit you? No problem. You can return or exchange goods with us within 15 days of purchase - but they must be complete, undamaged and without signs of wear.
Please complete this return form and email it to us along with the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then pack the goods carefully and send them by mail to the address Hausmannova 3947, Praha 12, 143 00. Please add "return of goods" to the package. Or send us everything by post, we'll leave it up to you.
Unfortunately, the costs associated with returning the goods are your responsibility.
Or stop by in person at the same address, we will solve everything together. Just please contact us first about the date of your visit via e-mail, phone or contact form. And don't forget to take a copy of the invoice with you in addition to the purchased product.
We will send the corresponding amount (price of the product and possible shipping) back to you by bank transfer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
If you want to complain about the goods, please fill out the complaint form and send it to us together with a copy of the invoice to the email address email@example.com, or send us both in a paper form together
The costs associated with sending the claimed goods to us are borne by the customer. In the event of a positive settlement of the complaint, we will send the repaired or replaced goods back to you at our expense, and we will send the amount you paid for postage to your account.
Or stop by the studio at Hausmannova 3947, Prague 12, 143 00 and bring everything in person - just please inform us in advance of the date of your planned arrival (through e-mail, telephone or contact form).
The warranty period for our products is 24 months, and the invoice will serve as a warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover the wear and tear of the goods caused by their use.
The maximum time for processing a complaint is set by law at 30 days. If the claim is accepted, we will send the paid amount back to your account within 14 days.
