Protection of your personal data

These rules govern the principles of processing your personal data, as visitors to the www.lamonstudio.com website, customers of our goods, or contractors (hereinafter referred to as "customer").

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that for the purposes of concluding a purchase contract and its subsequent fulfillment (including possible resolution of complaints) we process and store (in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU and in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic - from the Act on personal data protection No. 101/2000 Coll. ) your following personal data: name, surname, address, e-mail, and telephone number (if applicable, payment data, etc.).

We never transfer this data to any other person, with the exception of:

- our employees who take care of processing your order - whether for goods or services;

- the external carrier which you choose in the order form;

- an external accounting company that makes sure that everything runs as it should.

Handling of personal data takes place in full compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the general regulation on personal data protection (GDPR).

By concluding the purchase contract, you also acknowledge that individual contracts are archived by us after their conclusion, both in electronic and written form.

By sending an order for our goods or another binding request, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.

STORAGE TIME

Personal data will be stored by the administrator (us) for the period necessary to fulfill the contract (order processing, stock removal, and delivery of goods) and for the period of the statutory guarantee (24 months from receipt of the goods) or the period of another contractually provided guarantee.

By purchasing, you also acknowledge that we have the following legal obligations:

- Act § 47 on the Administration of Taxes and Fees (No. 337/1992 Coll.) - obligation to keep invoices for a period of 3 years starting at the end of the year in which the goods were purchased;

- Act § 31 on accounting (No. 593/1991 Coll.) - obligation to keep all accounting documents and records for a period of 5 years starting from the end of the year in which the goods were purchased;

- Act § 35 on value added tax (No. 235/2004 Coll.) - obligation to keep tax documents for a period of 10 years starting from the end of the year in which the goods were purchased.

BUYER'S RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

Please note that according to Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right to:

a) for access to your personal data and the possibility to obtain confirmation from the controller (us) as to whether or not they are being processed - if so, you also have the right to obtain access to them and to the information defined in Article 15 GDPR;
b) to correct your inaccurate personal data, and supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement in accordance with Article 16 GDPR;
c) for erasure ("right to be forgotten"), when at your request we will delete all your personal data without undue delay, namely at the moment when they are no longer needed for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, or if no another legal reason for their further processing;
d) to limit the processing of personal data in cases defined by Article 18 GDPR;
e) on the portability of data according to the terms of Article 20 GDPR;
f) object to the processing of personal data according to Article 21 GDPR.

We will respond to your request for information on the measures taken related to the protection of personal data within one month of receiving the request at the latest.
